Engage GABEY

Specialist capability.
Structured engagement.
Accountable delivery.

GABEY Consulting works with organisations, programme partners, consultancies and recruitment providers seeking experienced capability across cybersecurity, security engineering, architecture, identity, assurance and complex technology delivery.

We consider consulting, advisory, project, contract, subcontract and specialist delivery engagements where GABEY can contribute meaningful technical capability and accountable outcomes.

For professional engagements, project requirements and specialist contract enquiries.
Engagement Models

How you can
engage GABEY.

Different requirements call for different engagement models. GABEY can support organisations directly or operate alongside programme partners, consultancies, prime contractors and specialist recruitment providers.

01

Consulting & Advisory

Independent specialist input across security architecture, engineering, assurance, technical governance, solution review and complex technology decisions.

02

Project & Contract Delivery

Defined assignments requiring experienced technical capability, ownership of deliverables, engineering contribution or specialist participation within an existing programme.

03

Partner & Subcontract Engagements

Specialist capability supplied within broader delivery arrangements led by prime contractors, consultancies, technology providers or programme partners.

04

Specialist Resource Requirements

Relevant senior, specialist and technically demanding contract requirements may be submitted by recruitment and talent partners for consideration.

Capability before placement.

GABEY does not treat every engagement as a resource-placement exercise. The objective is to determine the appropriate capability, responsibility and engagement model for the requirement.

Specialist Capability

Where GABEY
can contribute.

GABEY is most relevant where security, engineering judgement, assurance or technical accountability materially affects the outcome of an engagement.

The requirement does not need to fit a predefined service package. We first understand the problem, responsibility and delivery boundary — then determine where specialist capability can contribute.
01

Cybersecurity &
Security Engineering

Security architecture, control design, threat-informed engineering, security requirements, technical risk analysis and secure solution development across complex technology environments.

02

Identity &
Access

Identity architecture, access governance, authentication, privileged access, lifecycle controls, integration and identity-related security assurance.

03

Architecture &
Assurance

Security and technology architecture, design assurance, architecture review, control validation, technical governance and evidence-led decision support.

04

Sovereign &
Private AI Architecture

Architecture and deployment assurance for private and sovereign AI environments, including client-controlled model infrastructure, RAG, data and model custody, integration boundaries, authority controls, evidence provenance and assurance mechanisms designed to keep AI reasoning separate from operational authority. The focus extends beyond where an AI model is hosted to who controls its data, evidence, authority and resulting effects.

05

Complex &
Regulated Environments

Engagements involving government, critical infrastructure, regulated systems, high-assurance environments or programmes requiring clearly defined technical, security and authority boundaries.

06

Specialist Technology
Delivery

Complex implementation, engineering, integration, design review and delivery activities where the requirement extends beyond routine platform configuration or commodity technical resourcing.

01 / Approach Understand the problem before prescribing the solution.
02 / Delivery Define responsibility and technical boundaries clearly.
03 / Assurance Support decisions with inspectable evidence.
04 / Outcome Keep accountability attached to the engagement.
Extended Engagement Benefit

More than the
immediate engagement.

Eligible extended GABEY Consulting engagements can include a preferred-client benefit toward an independent Evidarq™ provider assessment.

Preferred-Client Benefit
10%
reduction on one qualifying Evidarq™ professional-services assessment.
Available for eligible GABEY engagements of 12 weeks or longer.

Extend assurance beyond the work being delivered.

Evidarq™ provides evidence-led assessment of external service providers before organisations extend production access, data, operational responsibility or privileged authority. Eligible clients undertaking an extended GABEY engagement may receive a preferred-client reduction on a qualifying Evidarq™ assessment.

01 / Benefit 10% preferred-client reduction

Applied to one eligible Evidarq™ professional-services assessment associated with a qualifying extended engagement.

02 / Independence Assessment integrity remains unchanged

The commercial benefit does not alter Evidarq's methodology, evidence requirements, findings or recommendation.

03 / Authority The client retains the decision

Evidarq provides evidence and assessment. The organisation determines whether a provider is accepted, conditioned, deferred or declined.

04 / Eligibility Scope and independence are confirmed first

Eligibility is determined against the engagement scope, assessment boundary and any relevant conflict-of-interest considerations.

Preferred-client benefit applies to eligible Evidarq™ professional fees only. Travel, accommodation, third-party expenses, local representation and other pass-through costs are excluded. Eligibility, scope and independence requirements are confirmed before commencement.
